Please note that Discord is the easiest way to contact me and will be used to send sketches and revisions for approval. While it is my preffered form of communication, please let me know if you are unable to use Discord, or if another platform is more accessible for you.All final assets will be sent in a zip file via email or discord. If you'd like them to be sent via another platform, please make sure to let me know ahead of time!Listed below are examples of art I've completed in the past and how much it would be to commission something similar! general terms

- Upon submission of a commission request, you automatically agree to my terms of service.
- Prices are subject to change and based on demand.
- I have the right to reject any order for any reason.
- Inappropriate behavior or direct messages can and WILL result in an automanic cancellation of the commission and forfeit of all rights listed below.

0.1 ~ payment

Please note that all prices stated are base prices, and may increase depending on the work's complexity.Payment is only accepted in USD ($) and can be paid through PayPal, Zelle or Venmo.Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch/design approval.Please do not send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment. Sending payment before this time will not guarantee you a slot and will promptly be refunded.

0.2 ~ process + revisions

The time it takes to finish your commission varies 1 week - 1 month depending on factors such as my health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, outside work, etc.Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image along with a web-friendly size. If custom sizes/dpi are needed for the commission, please feel free to ask c:You will be notified when work on your commission starts.Any updates to my work queue and your commission can be found on my Trello.Upon submission of a commission request, you understand that any work and deliverables are a digital product and there will be no physical goods unless otherwise stated.Minor changes are allowed at any time, such as color or small illustration details.2-3 Major revisions and changes of layout/work are allowed during the planning/sketching phase.Additional major changes after this timeframe may incur additional charges depending on the timeframe and complexity.Please note that any requested revisions may alter the estimated timeline of the commissioned work.

0.3 ~ copyright & usage

As the artist, I:

I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books.

As the customer/commissioner, You:

You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes unless we have discussed it prior to payment and/or I have given my consent to do so.You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc.) unless I have given my consent to do so.You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.You may NOT resell my work.You may NOT claim the work as your own.You may NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES use my work for NFT, AI Learning, or blockchain purposes.Note: If you would like to use any commissioned artwork for commercial purposes, please explicitly discuss this with me prior to payment as rates may differ to those advertised on this website.

0.4 ~ refunds + cancellations

The buyer may request a refund and cancellation up until the end of the sketching phase of the commission.Once final linework or vector graphics have begun, refunds cannot be processed. If you are not satisfied with the final commission result, you are NOT allowed to issue a refund.If you are not satisfied with the final commission result, you are NOT allowed to issue a refund.If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a prior notification (via discord) and a full refund.If you cancel your order before I started it, you can request for a full refund.If you are getting a refund, please DO NOT request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.

0.5 ~ communication

You are welcome to reach out to me via Twitter (@sarrybeary) or Discord (sarrybeary) with any questions or concerns you have.I will provide small updates to you about any progress on the work and provide drafts when I am ready to receive constructive feedback.When providing feedback, please make sure to be as detailed and specific as possible. Failing to do so can result in a product not up to your expectations.Please note that failing to respond to updates and feedback requests can result in a longer delivery time, and in severe cases, cancellation of the work.
